For me, MOO has been big-picture thinking around the brand and amazing, award-winning creative, laddering up to company strategies, OKRs and goals. I oversee, manage, review and develop a team of 20 on all online and offline creative work, cross-departmentally, adhering to strong guidelines, and innovating on creative and studio processes, with an emphasis on agile delivery, which has contributed to the growth of revenue from £62 million in 2015 to £104 million in 2019 (and the aforementioned awards.) When warranted, we have RFP’d, hired and worked with outside agency partners on large-scale campaign work.

Hard to remember someone’s name? Or what they do? We’re here help. This campaign was concepted and executed by our in-house creative team, when the marketing team came with a challenge for an awareness push, with a big spend in major metro transit hubs. We had fun coming up with our “fictional” case studies, and then added in actual customer case studies (in Chicago.)

We set out to illustrate the absolute pride and joy and when your product arrived. In so much of what we do these days, the experience is online. At MOO, you physically get your product in hand. And riffing off of that iconic song, we amplified the euphoria.

Product launch // cotton paper
We partnered with Mohawk, to replace our current green paper offering, and make a new paper from 100% recycled T-shirt offcuts – stuff that normally gets thrown away. Hence our Cotton Business Cards were (re)born.
The team concepted, produced and optimized a fantastic launch campaign (that parodied famous tees). For our cheeky video on the “process” (we took some liberties…) we chatted with our own team on how the paper came to be and we sent a crew to capture the magic and mechanics of Mohawk in upstate New York.

We’re mostly about paper, but man do we love video. Either on-site to showcase product offerings, on social to grow awareness or to recruit new MOOsters (that’s what we call ourselves), we worked in-house and with agency partners to build a diverse library.
BRANDING
We dropped our first ever Lookbook (or catalogue if you aren’t so fancy), redesigned our Business Card (the pressure!), worked with builders, interior designers, creative team members and stakeholders as we moved (and doubled) our HQ in London and reworked our event booth to showcase our amazing products.
