I joined the online flash sale site within it’s first year, helping build a business that expanded from four sales events every weekday, to seven events daily, while the member base built from one to three million members and revenue grew over 200%. I led, mentored and managed 12 members of the creative team providing vision, conceptual ideas and design direction and final sign-off on events production, ensuring consistency and a clear and positive member experience for the brand. The team and I oversaw model selection, styling and hair and makeup direction and worked cross-departmentally with event production, marketing, sales and merchandising teams to provide agency-like experience to high-end brand partners. All work shown below, was concepted, art directed, image edited and designed by me.

A week before an “event” opened, we put up sneak peeks of what was to come. Concepting, model selection, styling and hair and makeup direction was based on, but did not directly copy, the brand we were merchandising.
